Large memory cards lead to images being archived a long time after being shot. In the meantime, you might have forgotten important details. Pixafe mobile makes it possible to add notes or spoken comments directly after your shooting or trip.
You can use this to store vital information, such as who/what is on the image, where it was taken, keywords, categories, descriptions or author. Master data can be added via XML-file directly into pixafe mobile, so that you do not have to enter everything manually.
For captioning, simply select people, locations etc via intelligent lists. If you are using the pixafe image database for archiving, you can adopt the terms used for keywords, locations, etc. automatically.
The labelled images are taken over by the archiving system automatically: PAI-Autoinsert files are generated for pixafe, for all other systems XML-files containing the captions in a machine readable format are available. These exports can be used to as imports for any other archiving systems or to fill any personal solution with Excel etc.
